Cosmonium is a free open source 3D astronomy and space exploration software for Windows, Linux and Mac OS. You can use this program to visit the solar system, which includes all planets and their satellites. You can also visit nearby stars, galaxies, and the universe.
It also supports the Celestia add-on. It also provides HD and UHD images via additional package downloads. It is written in Python and is released under the GPL-3.0 license. Other similar types of applications include Winstars and Stellarium.
