Free score writer MuseScore 3.5.2 released with audio export fix

MuseScore, a free open source sheet music player and editor, has released version 3.5.2 with bug fixes.

Highlights of the MuseScore 3.5.2 release:

  • Fixed unexpected page enlargement in the Edit Style dialog.
  • Fixes an issue with harmony playback settings.
  • Fixed audio export (FLAC, OGG, WAV) on Windows
  • Fixes a crash that can occur when resizing a piano roll.
  • Editing system text / tempo markings after saving and reloading the score was not reflected in all parts.

Download / install MuseScore 3.5.2 on Ubuntu.

You can download a single executable Appimage package.

Right click on Appimage[プロパティ]->[権限]Go to[ファイルをプログラムとして実行することを許可する]Select the check box. Finally, run Appimage to launch MuseScore 3.5.2 and have fun!

Also MuseScore Flat Pack Package Is updated and can be installed with the following command:

1.) Open a terminal and run the command to install the flatpak framework on Ubuntu.

sudo apt install flatpak

2.) Add a flathub repository that hosts the flatpak package.

flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

3.) Finally, use the command to install MuseScore.

flatpak install flathub org.musescore.MuseScore

If you have an older version of this package installed, update it with the following command:

flatpak update org.musescore.MuseScore

(Optional) To remove the MuseScore flatpak package, run the following command:
