Install IntelliJ IDEA IDE on Manjaro 18

Install IntelliJ IDEA IDE
First, download IntelliJ IDEA IDE using the official IntelliJ IDEA IDE download page using the wget command. The latest version available at the time of writing this tutorial is
2018.3.2. If necessary, you can check the latest version installation.
sudo wget https://download-cf.jetbrains.com/idea/ideaIC-2018.3.2.tar.gz
Extract the downloaded package using the following command:
tar -xvf ideaIC-2018.3.2.tar.gz
Move in the extracted directory.
To run IntelliJ IDEA IDE like a regular program, you need to create a symbolic link using the following command:
sudo ln -s ./ideaIC-2018.3.2/bin/idea.sh /usr/bin/idea
Launch IntelliJ IDEA IDE
You can start IntelliJ IDEA IDE with the following command:
When you launch the IntelliJ IDEA IDE for the first time, you will be prompted to import the settings. If you have an older version of the settings, you can import or select Do not import settings.
