Kdenlive Video Editor 20.04 was released a few days ago. To install via (PA) on (K) Ubuntu 20.04, (K) Ubuntu 19.10:

The latest Kdenlive snap package that runs in the sandbox has been incorporated into the Ubuntu software.

For those who like natives
.deb Package, kdenlive team ppa I have built packages for Ubuntu 19.10, Ubuntu 20.04, and derivatives.
1.) Open “Terminal” from system application menu and execute the command to add PPA.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable
Enter the password when prompted (no asterisk feedback) and press Enter to continue.
2.) If you have an older version of kdenlive installed, upgrade it using Update Manager.
Alternatively, run the command in the terminal to install the video editor.
sudo apt install kdenlive
As a note for non-KDE users, Kdenlive is installed with a large list of KDE libraries.
To not only downgrade the Kdenlive package, but also purge the PPA, run a command in terminal.
sudo apt install ppa-purge && sudo ppa-purge ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable
To remove PPA only, run the following command:
sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable
To remove Kdenlive, run the following command:
sudo apt remove --autoremove kdenlive kdenlive-data
