How to install RedNotebook 2.21 on Ubuntu 20.10.

Red Notebook, the latest desktop diary and personal journal software, released version 2.21 today.

RedNotebook 2.21 includes the ability to update MathJax to version 3, which significantly reduces render / preview times. This release also fixes date references in CEF-based HtmlViews.

How to install Red Notebook 2.21 via PPA:

The· Official Red Notebook PPA Updated for Ubuntu 20.10. For Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 20.04, wait for the PPA update or install the Ubuntu 20.10 package.

1.) Open a terminal and run the command to add the PPA.

                      sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rednotebook/stable

Enter the user password for the sudo prompt (without asterisk feedback) and press Enter to continue.

2.) Next, use the command to install the diary app.

                      sudo apt install rednotebook

Uninstall Red Notebook.

To delete the PPA repository[ソフトウェアとアップデート]->[その他のソフトウェア]Go to the tab or run the command in the terminal.

                      sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:rednotebook/stable

Then use the command to remove the desktop diary app.

                      sudo apt remove rednotebook
