Install Webots 3D Robot Simulator on Ubuntu.

2 GHz dual core CPU clock speed
2 GB RAM
NVIDIA or AMD OpenGL (version 3.3 or higher) compatible graphics adapter with at least 512 MB of RAM
Webots 3D Robot Simulator is available as a snap and deb file package for Ubuntu.
Install Webots via snap.
Open the terminal app (ctrl + alt + t), enter this Webots snap installation command and press Enter.
sudo snap install webots
Next, enter the ubuntu user password and confirm the installation. You can launch it by running this command in the terminal.
