Install AnyDesk on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) Linux

Import the AnyDesk GPG key to sign the APT package.

wget -qO - https://keys.anydesk.com/repos/DEB-GPG-KEY | sudo apt-key add -

Then add the AnyDesk repository contents to the Ubuntu system.

echo "deb http://deb.anydesk.com/ all main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/anydesk-stable.list

Step 3: Install AnyDesk on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Finally, update the apt cache and install the latest version of AnyDesk on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) Linux.

sudo apt update
sudo apt install anydesk

Step 4: Launch AnyDesk on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

After installation, use the desktop application launcher to launch AnyDesk on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

$ anydesk

Enter the AnyDesk address of the remote server or share your address for remote users to connect to your computer.
