NewsFlash is a program designed to complement existing web-based RSS reader accounts. It combines all the benefits of web-based services, such as synchronization across all devices, with all the features you would expect from a modern desktop program. Access desktop notifications, fast search and filtering, tagging, handy keyboard shortcuts, and all the articles you want.

How to install NewFlash Feed Reader:
The software is officially available as a flat pack Flathub repository For most Linux desktops.
On Ubuntu 18.04 and above, you can install by running the following commands one by one.
1.) Open a terminal and run the command to install the flatpak framework on Ubuntu.
sudo apt install flatpak
2.) Add the flathub repository that hosts the flatpak package.
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
3.) Finally install NewFlash with the command:
flatpak install flathub com.gitlab.newsflash
Once the new release is released, you can run the following command to update the package.
flatpak update com.gitlab.newsflash
(Optional) To remove the feed reader, run the following command.
flatpak uninstall com.gitlab.newsflash
