PDF Arranger is a free open source PDF editor for Linux and Windows. You can use it to merge, rearrange, and split PDF files in your system. Released under the GNU General Public License v3.0, written in Python. I am using the pikepdf python library for the backend. You can also export sections, rotate and trim PDF documents. It makes us a PDF application simple and easy. It is a fork of the popular pdfshuffler pdf editor. You can also try the PDF Mix tool for the purposes of merging and splitting PDFs.
Install PDF Arranger on Ubuntu
PDF Arranger is available as a flat pack package in Ubuntu. To install the Flat Pack application, you must first have the Flat Pack and Flat Hub installed and set up on your system. Follow the flatpack and flathub installation tutorials below.
How to install and set up Flat Pack and Flat Hub on Ubuntu
After installation and setup, reboot your system and open the terminal software. You can start the terminal with ctrl + alt + t. Then run this PDF Arranger flatpak install command.
[flatpak install flathub com.github.jeromerobert.pdfarranger
After installing PDF Arranger, execute the following command to execute PDF Arranger.
flatpak run com.github.jeromerobert.pdfarranger
