I have updated the Shutter (screenshot tool) Ubuntu PPA I maintain to support the latest Ubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla, which will be released later this month. PPA has supported Ubuntu 20.04 and 18.04.
Since some packages have been removed from the Ubuntu 20.10 repository, I cannot build the latest stable version of Shutter for Ubuntu 20.10, so I used the latest Shutter from Git, Delete some dependencies. Shutter from Git continues to use the old Gtk2 (although there is an ongoing branch of Gtk3, it still needs work), but it has made enough changes to make it run on Ubuntu 20.10. However, don’t expect it to return to the official repositories, because since they no longer exist in the Ubuntu repositories, I had to build many of its dependencies in PPA.

I even managed to get webkitgtk to build for Ubuntu 20.10,
gnome-web-photo Package, which means if you install this
gnome-web-photo, You can use Shutter to take a full website screenshot (take a screenshot of the entire website from top to bottom, even if it is much longer than the screen).I also built
gnome-web-photo It is suitable for Ubuntu 20.04 which does not exist until now (Thanks to Evgeny S Maksimov’s PPA package, it can be used on Ubuntu 20.04)
